Our story
Growing up on a farm with 6 brothers, Randy learned the value of hard work. His father instilled into his children 3 important practices in which to live by; work hard at what you do, be committed to being on time and always show respect.
At the age of 17 Randy left the farm and moved to the city to join his 2 older brothers to learn the drywall trade, working in new construction. In the early 80ʼs the housing market steadily declined.
With his entrepreneurial spirit and determination and knowledge of the construction trade, Randy began to re-texture and repaint ceilings and walls to earn a living. His focus was residential painting, homes that were already occupied. He put a small ad in the newspaper and business took off. By 1987, having a few years experience under his belt, Randy started using direct mail to contact potential customers. He offered a basic price to paint a house and once again his business went into a new direction.
Today, 30 years later, with a good work ethic and customer first approach to business, Randy has proven himself to be a man of integrity. He is very personable, treating every customer and tradesman with respect. A professional in every sense of the word, with a level head and a willingness to listen to the desires of his customers, his company has grown to the success that it is today.
The key to success for The Repaint Specialists over the years has always, and will be, consideration and respect for people and a passion for what he does. This kind of dedication definitely makes him a master of it.
